Dina Brodsky

Dina Brodsky is a contemporary  realist artist, educator and curator. She was educated at University  of Massachussets Amherst and the New York Academy of Art, where she  received her MFA. She lives and works in Boston. She has taught  privately, and in several institutions including the New York Academy of Art, The Art Students League and the Metropolitan  Museum of Art. She has been selected as a visiting artist for the Prince of Wales Residency in Balleroy, France, the Hamilton Princess residency in Bermuda and the Cuttyhunk Island residency. Her miniature paintings and intricate, small scale drawings have been exhibited in New York City, London and Paris. She has been involved in several charity organization, including the Birds for Sofia Foundation to help raise money for children with rare diseases. Her work explores the magic inherently present in everyday life, which reveals itself under her focus and attention.
